- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been seeing Dr. Ky here for many years and my son feels comfortable with him as do I. He takes time to listen and explain. There is always a wait, usually 30 minutes+-. Never sure why that is, and office staff come and go. Getting someone on the phone is tough, too. I suspect non-medical support staff are not as professional as the doctors but overall no reason to change. I come for the docs, not the receptionists. Frankly, I am glad the woman who refused to vaccinate her kids is not allowed to come in. I don't want her kids catching Diphtheria or Measles then when she wants treatment she brings them into a clinic where there are infants and babies that could catch it!
