- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A year ago we asked the Dr about our one year old son of what caused his hearing loss? He did respond with medical terminology according to his text book as it should with every Dr's. Out issue was that he brushed us off quickly and took out son's situation just like any other child who have loss of hearing. As a parent we love out children and wany what is best for them. If a Dr is not sympathetic or had empathy then that is truly ridiculous why he is not the position of pediatric care? Not only that, our appointment was at 8:00am and we arrived earlier and waited for over Three hours and when we spoke to him we were brushed off and took atleast under 10mins for a Three hour wait?! Staff were rude, kept forgetting the information i gave them, the release form i signed for medical transfer were missing and i had to go to the office and pay for the medical copies so i could give them to my son's Dr's. Now we are going back since my son has just turned to and to see if he is a candidate for cochlear. Unfortunately even tho he is an existing patient it would not matter. We cannot see Dr. O"Lee until Nov. until then my son is delayed with speech and education. Since this state has NO other Cochlear pediatric Specialist we have to settle with this one Dr. So it is just a warning to parents. Please look up the condition your child has before presenting them to this Dr and make sure to "Ask, Ask,Ask" a lot of questions pertaining to your child's health so you will NOT be brushed off.January 03, 2017by Rw Flight
