- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As far as staff the reception and the triage nurse was excellent so when it came down to the nurse practitioner Lombardo she was horrible , I have earache fluid in my ear, spitting out green mucus.... she went through the five steps was not even concerned. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Why did I come here!?!?! Ugh got off graveyard shift to "urgently" get prescribed antibiotics for a cold and I've been sitting here waiting for 4 hours(so far). I had paid the co pay so I decided to just stick around not realizing after 3 hours in the waiting area, I am still waiting in the room and it's now going into over a whopping hour inside the room. So frustrated!!!! I just wanna leave but I seriously already waited this long so I should just stay. But definitely going mad in this room and probably will never come back.
