- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First visit doctor took personal call as I was speaking and left the room. Today I called barely within 24 hours to cancel my next day appointment and was told I was going to be billed $25 for the cancellation then when the woman realized my insurance covers that fee, she said never mind instead since it's covered we re taking away your appointment privileges so you'll be a Same day patient only from now on if you cancel. She was extremely rude, it takes me 2 hours by bus to even reach this office and I am extremely sick. Will never go back here!May 15, 2017by Kimberly Cazella
