  Dr. Hart and Staff at Montecito Dental are top notch. I have lived in Las Vegas for 16 years and this is by far the best dental practice. Everyone is warm and friendly, the office is clean and tidy and the equipment seems very high tech to me. The massaging, reclining chairs and tv sets in the rooms are fabulous!

  They are polite enough and the office is nice, but if you have good insurance they will try to tell you that you need a bunch of unecessary, expensive work that can actually mess up your teeth and cause you problems you would've never had down the road . When they told me I needed a deep root scaling and all this other stuff my gut told me something was off. I got *two* other opinions and was told I had some of the cleanest teeth either had ever seen and no pockets in my gums. Far from what Montecito tried to sell me. Stay away from this shady place.
