  I would give no stars if I could, but that is not an option for a review. Waste of time and co-pay. Dr. Susan Kim barely looks at you and is too rushed to ask a question. She talks too fast to retain what she's saying and acts put out to ask a question at all. If you have more than one concern, good luck asking about it. I still have the same concerns and no help after two visits. I will not go back. My "follow-up" could have been done by phone as she was in the room for about a minute. Blink and you might have missed her. Would not recommend unless you enjoy having to take time off work, waste your money and get no answers, help or peace of mind. Check in staff was friendly though. Unimpressed with Dr. Kim. Do the math on the co-pays plus the cost your insurance pays and you understand why they can't waste time caring for a patient. It feels like a shakedown, not a care facility. You feel like a nuisance to be there. Worse, I brought all the prescriptions I've had in the past and said I needed something else and she prescribed one of the creams I'd already tried. Can someone please tell me where I can get my money and time back?
