- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Waited 15 min to make an appointment. Then the day of the appointment the front desk receptionist was rude and had given me misleading information regarding the form of payment I could use when I asked her ahead of time while making the appointment.I would have had to cancel the appointment if I my boyfriend didn't help me pay. On another visit I asked if they can separate my prescription so I can pay for one at a time because the pharmacy would not let me pay for each one because they were all on the same paper. The were very helpful (not) . Told me the pharmacy will take it I just need to cut them apart. They even offered to cut them for me(being sarcastic). That was it for me. Found another dermatologist who is way more customer friendly. The staff is AWESOME! And the prices are more affordable.
