  I recently became an Allstate Insurance customer. I had been with a different company for car insurance for several years and heard from them every six months when my premium notice was delivered. Because my living situation, marital situation and place of residence had changed, I began to explore other insurance companies and I found that Fred Ledford with Allstate could save me money on my car insurance and could also offer me 'renters insurance.' This is pretty nice news. My previous location was very rural and insurance rates were lower than the rates in urban areas. I was delighted to find coverage that was lower in cost but still provided great insurance "personalized" to my specific needs. I am now living in an urban location.... and all of my insurance needs have been met...and at a lower price than I was paying previously!

  My Agent Fred Ledford promised me that he would take care of a huge problem that came up. Fred gave me his word that he would fix it. It is rare nowadays that a promise that is above and beyond normal expected goals are reached. With Fred that is exactly how it turned out to be! I have been with Fred for 15 years and I am still impressed with the fact that he strives to all ways improve on customer service.
