- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm not sure what these negative reviews are about, but I had a completely different experience with Dr. Finklestein! From the staff to the Doctor I was impressed by their professionalism, compassion and respect. Dr. Finklestein listened to my concerns and made a point of easing my fears by carefully explaining things to me in layman terms without being condescending. He also has a sense of humor and truly cared about finding the root of my problem - which he did after a year of visiting my GP with countless UTI's and other mysterious symptoms. After my procedure at the hospital, he took the time to find my husband and explain to him what he found and how he repaired it. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Urology Specialists is a joke. When I went to Dr. Finkelstein, he prescribed pills. After 6 months, I went back and said the symptoms were the same. I then spoke to a physician's assistant.....more pills....same symptoms. After 2 1/2 years of hell, I finally changed doctors. Within one month, my new Dr. (Ralph) Larsen performed a TUNA procedure on me and I've been symptom-free. Stay away from Urology Specialists....they are TERRIBLE. P.S. After over 2 years of treatment from Urology Specialists, they have NEVER called me to follow up on my treatment or symptoms....unbelievable....you would think they would have at least called to check on me.......absolutely NOTHING.May 31, 2017by Ron B
