- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This company is awful. Very unkowledgeable about the process. Just through every document possible in the package when you are signing. Can't answer anything and I was even told, well we have a computer program that autofills the information, if it's wrong you are responsible for changing things and filling it in. They do bare minimum and don't look over anything in detail. When you question their fees, they claim they are normal transaction fees associated with selling a home and their competitive with other companies but can't answer any better what service or value they provide.
