  I live 4 hours away in a rural area, made the trip into town for a dr's appointment and he referred me here for an ultrasound. When I called to schedule an appointment, albeit 3 minutes before closing (because I'd been running other errands while in town), they had already turned their phones to voicemail. It only takes 2 min to make an appointnent though, and this is a HUGE pet peeve of mine when businesses don't open their doors (or phone lines!) and keep them open for the full hours of operation. Next morning I called and they told me they could not do an ultrasound with my 1 year old daughter in the room, just per their policy. I explained that I had no other options, as my daughter was with me in town for her own appointment, plus my daughter's father works weekdays- 4 hours away, and I have no friends, family, or sitter here in Vegas to watch her (we just moved here a couple months ago for his job). I asked if I could please just strap her into a stroller or breastfeed her during the procedure (which was planned for her nap time anyway). I did this with her 4 months prior in a different clinic when getting an ultrasound done on my leg for possible blood clots, so I knew this wasn't a matter of safety for my daughter, but rather a matter of comfort and convenience, or perhaps this facility's lack of insurance for non-patients under a certain age. The receptionist just told me she was sorry, but they wouldn't do it, and suggested I come back on a Saturday (when dad could babysit) to their other facility. She was nice about it and everything, but seriously, 8 more hours of driving?? No thanks... I'll just find another place that prioritizes the needs of their patients over the convenience and comfort of its techs and administration. And there are plenty of them! ~Lauren

  This place is the most Confused imaging facility I have EVER BEEN TO. For two days now I have been attempting to spinal CT as requested by my Dr. Because I am a Disabled Veteran and go thru Choice program, this confuse's them even more. The best part is how they try to tell you they can't do something. Seriously considering canceling this appointment and going somwhere else.
