- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There is no other way to explain this place other than, THEY SUCK. THEY SUCK SO, SO BAD. They will cost you hundreds of dollars in lab testing fees because they will send your testing to labs that your insurance is not contracted with, knowing that your insurance is not contracted with them. Then when it comes to fixing the issue, they will either completely ignore you or try to transfer you over to so many different departments over the phone that you finally get frustrated enough to hang up. This is the new healthcare normal. Treat the patient like they are meaningless, take their money and kick them to the curb. They don't care about the patient's health or experience.
