- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It sucks to have to give at least one star for review because this review doesn't even deserve the one star. The receptionist was very quick and efficient considering I came 30 minutes before my appointment, but once it came down to being called back and about to continue with my appointment I was asked to go back up to the waiting room so the nurse could go on her lunch since they "fell a little behind". Understood, she should get her lunch but considering when I came in they were not busy, but coming back to the waiting room now they are packed. It's a shame Vegas has only two planned parenthoods and both have awful reviews. I will not be returning.October 06, 2017by Rosie Lo
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had my appointment at 3 specifically for my yearly pap screening, got right in 15 minutes after arriving. The girl at the front counter that helped me was beyond rude and the medical assistants made me feel super uncomfortable and wouldn't stop staring me down and talking to each other while staring me down, let me remind you these are the girls that ask private questions about your sexual life. They will NOT do a pap on you if you have gotten one within 3 years. The medical assistants could not give me an explanation to why I cant get my yearly screening, they are obviously not educated on the topic (please educate your assistants). The nurse refused a pap screening stating that yearly pap's lead to cervical insufficiency. If you are coming here for birth control, they are great!! If you want a yearly screening like a woman should, they are terrible!! Nice nurse but beyond rude staff. Please get your employees in check because you just lost a loyal patient due to how rude your medical assistants are, which sucks because I am a huge supporter of Planned Parenthood, I just wish we could get treated with some respect and dignity.June 30, 2017by Sara Lavera
