  HORRIBLE!!!! The woman who scheduled my appointment messed up so severely...first she put me in for the wrong thing, then resends me another packet to download wasting up my ink cartridge, she told me to have a chest X-Ray 2 weeks prior to my visit but never put in the referral and sent me to the WRONG place so I wasted an entire day off for nothing and had to go back a week later on another day off. Then FINALLY the day of my appointment they tried to over charge me on my co-pay, and gave me the wrong time so I was extremely early and had a long wait after being completely sleep deprived due to my work schedule and having been up all night. Then the time kept changing. I was originally told to be there at 10:15 am which then changed to 10:30am, which then changed again to 11:00 am. Finally at 11:30 I asked the dr. about how much longer the wait was and he said at least another 30 minutes. I was scheduled to have testing done when I got there, but that was cancelled so I was only there for a consultation apparently. I couldn't wait any longer and was falling asleep so I left. Now I get to report back to my PCP why I didn't get this finished.
