  So I was referred here by a really nice doctor at Sunrise hospital. Sharlene instructed me that Dr. Zapinski does not see anyone without X-rays from Desert Radiology so I went and got them. What she didn't tell me is an up front office visit fee of $200 is required and they don't take ANY insurance. So after waiting 2 weeks for an appt., Murphy's law I don't have the funds right then and not only do they cancel my appointment, they refuse to book any more when I would have funds in the future. Apparently it is their goal to make people with severely painful conditions suffer and keep them from getting treated in time you know to prevent treatable conditions from getting much more serious. And to make money for DR. My X-rays are now worthless. Oh yeah they also refused to accept the X-rays THEY REQUIRED. And finally nope Jill the office manager doesn't return phone calls. Who knows if Dr. Zapinski even knows if this Is all going on or not because they will never let you talk to him. If you want to get sicker, get mistreated and wait weeks for nothing go see these folks. Oh and there are 5 shrinks down the hall at the Cathedral Rock location - very convenient for treating the humiliation and trauma you will suffer there!
