- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible customer service. This practice did not go above and beyond for the patient. Pretty much their way or the highway, did not try anything to satisfy the customer's comfort or satisfaction. An aggressive, unprofessional, incompetent and lazy assistant would not accommodate our requests and acted just as a pawn to the main dentist who apparently looks at his patients with a cold and analytical approach, nearly inhuman in emotional response.
