  After one of Statefarms Clients Beatrice was held responsible for totaling my Vehicle they refused to release the check to the owner of the Vehicle CarMax Financing, I myself had to rent a vehicle and drive from California to Nevada to sign a power of Attorney form from a state Farm Agent , I was extremely confused considering the fact that I already was represented by a power of Attorney in Las Vegas which was Mace law based out of Nevada none of the representatives could help me with any specifics of my case while I was in the Statefarm office, Slowest and most unprofessional service I have received yet partly due to the ability for most of the reps being on Thier phones maybe because I was the only one in their at the time, also this process in total has taken over a month so far it's going on 2 months my vehicle is totaled CarMax hasn't received Thier check I'm still showing that I owe the finance company money, this is an extremely sloppy process I would recommend that anyone get into a wreck with an at fault driver from Statefarm they will cost you time and money my name is Daniel Lee if a rep from Kerry Gulinos office has a rebuttal I will gladly provided them with time,dates and any other specifics of my case to be honest if I have to come out from California again I'll have to report them to the BBB with a copy of the conversation I had with their office manager this morning at 9:45am / update it looks like it's going to be another month or more in order to replace my vehicle totaling 3 months without a car and counting their service was so bad they had to switch teams I have received one call from Statefarm since my claim started in January, I was assisted in filling out a power of attorney form which I was assisted by Lilly who is the manager their in Kerry Gulinos office to later be told she informed me to fill out the wrong section (Lilly sat across her desk to help me fill this form out) I will have to drive back from California to sign another Power of Attorney once it's ready, I don't live in California but train Thier for my job which is an inconvience only because when I initially wanted to have the form sent to Nevada it took so long I was offered a job in California for training and the form in which Statefarm needed had to be sign in Nevada or they would have to restart the process, which is also funny because now they have to redo the process because of the most senior person in their office who couldnt show me how to properly fill out a Statefarm Power of Attorney form from across her desk also the power of attorney form I had to contact their claims department to find out myself if it was filled out correctly great service and company Statefarm is incompetent how does anyone go 3- 4 months without a vehicle when their job requires them to travel.Update Friday March 3 after sending another power of attorney it has been lost from Kerry Gulinos office
