  Dr Bronstein is a great Dr ! However, his staff, Nancy, Devin and office manager are very rude and ignorant !! I spoke to the Dr and he told me to not talk to Nancy again because she doesn't take the time to listen as he does. He is a great Dr so I will continue to see him despite the office's unprofessional attitude !! They hang up on patients when you try to explain the things they don't understand. Nancy has poisoned their minds with lies and why she is still employed is beyond me. But thank goodness for Dr Bronstein and his understanding of my medical needs.

  Was referred to this specialist for an existing wrist injury by my primary care provider. Haven't been seen by a Dr. yet, but when I called in to set up an initial appointment, the phone staff was exceptionally unprofessional and rude. Constantly talking over me and not wanting to listen about insurance information, asserting that there is only one way things are done as far as referrals. I finally did get an appointment date, but it took 20 min of holds and going back and forth with the phone receptionist. I tried to remain professional at the end of the call and thank her for her time, but she again rudely spoke over me and hung up the phone. I hope the treatment side of the house is worth the hassle of dealing with the Admin side.
