- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The anesthesiologist determined our son couldn't go through with the operation because he had Hand, Foot and Mouth. This is fine, obviously. Then we were billed for this 5-minute 'evaluation' that was actually made by a different doctor. This should actually be a five-star rating, because I've learned I can now charge for so much as glancing at someone so long as I'm wearing scrubs.December 01, 2016by Chad Casey
