  I called the office located on Maryland Parkway to set up an appointment to get a second opinion. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful. Her name was Cynthia. She was very customer friendly, had a great telephone voice, and was very easy to interact with. You can just tell that she has a great personality. In my business career, I have had many employees who dealt with the customer on the phone and in person. I would rank her right at the top. She would definitely be someone that I would want on the front lines dealing with customers. I applaud Absolute Dental for having the good judgment to have someone like Cynthia on their staff.

  The experience was great!! All staff are friendly and caring!!! Had a tooth extraction that someone else told me i needed an oral surgeon but nope. The doc did a wonderful job getting it out!!! Love it!!!
