  I have been going to Gentle Dental for 5 yrs now. They are an amazing team. The front desk reception is very friendly and show that they care for their patients. Dr. Chelian, became my orthodontist a couple of years ago. He has worked with me to fix my smile. He has done an amazing job keeping me informed on the process of everything. Dr. Cressman just become my dentist and end up pulling one of my tooth. He did an amazing job. I was in no pain at all the day after the produce was complete. Virgilio made a temporary bridge for me while I wait for my permanent bridge to be ready. He said I would be pleased with his work. I will have to say I was amazed. Left me speechless. The entire staff at this office is very helpful and are willing to work with you to ensure you are happy. I will definitely recommend coming to this office. If your looking for an office that cares this is it.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I told them on the phone I had insurance. I wrote on their sign in I had insurance. They called me in the back and administered their services. Then they proceeded to take me to the billing department demanding money. They screwed up and are now putting the blame on me and as result my insurance won't cover my dentle work because it wasn't pre-approved. They should've got my insurance information and told me I needed to be preapproved before doing the services. Just horrible customer service and a horrible dental experience. DO NOT GO HERE just save youself the hassle. Also my so called porcelain crown that they made sound like was so much better than metal is really still metal with a porcelain "glaze." It was not even placed properly so now I have to spend even more money to fix it. I hate this dentist office. They are crooks.
